ENROLLED PATIENTS (NON-CSC):
$25.00 — ages 18+
$20.00 — students aged 18+ (ID required)
$12.00 — ages 14 - 17 years old
Free — ages 0 - 13 years old
ENROLLED PATIENTS (WITH CSC):
$19.00 — ages 18+
$15.00 — students aged 18+ (ID required)
Free — ages 14 - 17 years old
Free — ages 0 - 13 years old
REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS:
Please be ready with information of the pharmacy of your choice (name and location).
$12.00 — Standard Request (Ready the following day after 2pm)
$20.00 — Urgent Request (Ready on the same day if we receive the request before 2pm)
Free — ages 0-17 years old

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CONSULTATIONS:
To help us run clinics efficiently and minimise wait times, please note that standard consultation times are 15 minutes, typically suited for 1-2 issues. If you have more than 1-2 concerns to discuss with the doctor or nurse practitioner, we kindly ask that you book a double appointment. This allows us to allocate adequate time for each issue, ensuring a more thorough and effective consultation.
Please be aware that additional charges apply for extended consultations.
DID YOU KNOW THAT HAVING A COMMUNITY SERVICES CARD (CSC) CAN HELP YOU WITH HEALTHCARE COSTS?
This means you could pay less on some health services and prescriptions.
You don’t have to be on a benefit to qualify for CSC
You can also use CSC for healthcare services for your dependent children under 18
